The Lady Lake Police Department partnered the Florida Department of Corrections (FDC) on Operation 420, a multi-agency initiative to ensure offenders were in compliance with the conditions of their supervision.
On April 20, Lady Lake police officers teamed up with FDC Correctional Probation Specialists to visit the residences of ten offenders and contacted an additional eight offenders.
The searches resulted in the arrest of Brian Mark Krajewski, 49, of 616 St. Andrews Blvd., Lady Lake. Krajewski was arrested for violation of probation after narcotics were located at the home. He was transported to the Lake County Jail for violation of probation. Krajewski has prior arrests for grand theft and driving with a suspended license.
“We were honored to join our partners with the Florida Department of Corrections on this important operation,” said Lady Lake Police Chief Steve Hunt. “These check-ins not only remind probationers to remain compliant, but let the public know that their state and local law enforcement agencies are putting boots to the ground to ensure their continuing safety.”
