Biography
C.T. graduated from high school in Pitman, New Jersey in 1989. He resided for many years in Wytheville, Virginia and graduated from Wytheville Community College in 1993 with an A.A.S. Degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Magna Cum Laude. His career in local government started in 1994 working for the Town of Marion, Virginia as the Town Engineer's Assistant. While working full time, he pursued his Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University. He began working for the Town of Wytheville, Virginia in 2004 as the Assistant Town Engineer prior to moving to the Lady Lake area to become the Public Works Director for the Town of Lady Lake in 2008.
In this role, he is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Public Works and Utilities Departments. He is a long-time member of the American Public Works Association.
