Kathy Rosado is an experienced Clerk, having earned the highest certification conferred by the International Institute of Municipal Clerks as a Master Municipal Clerk (MMC) in 2019, after achieving the designation of Certified Municipal Clerk in 2013. Kathy has been a member of the International Institute of Municipal Clerks since 1994, and the Florida Association of City Clerks since 2012, having received scholarships from both. Kathy has also earned her certification in public records through the Florida Records Management Association and is a Certified Public Records Manager (FCRM). Kathy has been working in local government for the past 25 years.
She is a graduate of Seminole State College and studied public administration at University of Central Florida. In addition, she earned a certificate in Human Resources.
Her professional goal is dedicated to public service and promoting community transparency. She enjoys working with local officials to ensure they have the tools needed to provide transparency to their constituents.
Kathy is married and enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren as well as her friends. She enjoys traveling to Florida destinations and occasionally other parts of the country. In addition, she enjoys listening to audio books and decorating.
