Members must maintain residency within the Town limits.
Overview
Volunteer members of the Planning and Zoning Board review comprehensive planning policies and specific development applications, as required by the Town’s Land Development Regulations (LDR). Members provide recommendations to the Commission on planning and land development-related matters.
