Clerk
The Clerk is the record-keeping officer, overseeing everything from municipal records and archives to coordinating meetings and elections. The Clerk maintains public meeting agendas and minutes, and legal notices, and provides support services to the Town Commission.

Communications
The Communications Department is responsible for creating and implementing a communications strategy for the town, developing and maintaining brand standards across all platforms, and increasing community engagement by working with the public and the media, creating content, and managing social media and the town website.

Finance
The Finance Department is responsible for accounting, accounts receivables and payables, payroll, financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, debt management, fixed asset control, pension administration, and utility billing customer service. The department consists of the Finance and Utility Billing Divisions.

Growth Management
The department includes the Building Services, Planning and Zoning, and Code Enforcement divisions. Growth Management is responsible for all land use applications, comprehensive plan amendments, rezoning, annexations, plan review, and permitting of both residential and commercial projects.

The Human Resources Department provides employment and risk management functions for the Town.

Parks & Recreation
The Parks and Recreation Department offers a wide variety of organized recreational programs and activities for adults and youth of all ages. The Town provides several sites and facilities for active or passive recreational activities. Lady Lake has been designated a Tree City USA for 17 years.

Police
The Lady Lake Police Department is a fully accredited professional law enforcement agency. We are certified by the Florida Commission for Law Enforcement Accreditation.

Public Works
The Public Works Department provides a wide variety of services for our residents and utility customers. These services include water service, sewer service, reuse water service for irrigation, and road maintenance.
