Code Enforcement
Responsibilities
Code Enforcement is responsible for investigating complaints and initiating investigations on observed violations.
Code Fees
Special Magistrate Administrative Fee: $150.00
Abandoned Property Registration Fee: $150.00
All other code enforcement fees are based on the Magistrate's order.

Abandoned Registration
Any vacant property within the Town limits must be registered within ten days of abandonment.

Case Procedure
If minimum standards for property maintenance or occupancy are not met, a Code Enforcement case may be opened.

Enter a new complaint
The Code Enforcement Division enforces and investigates complaints and violations of the Town of Lady Lake Code of Ordinances and Land Development Regulations which include building and fire codes. Have you seen blight, tall grass or weeds, inoperable vehicles or other code enforcement violations in Lady Lake? You may submit an online complaint and it will be automatically routed to the appropriate department for investigation.
