Growth Management
Responsibilities
The Growth Management Department includes the Building Services, Planning and Zoning, and Code Enforcement divisions. Growth Management is responsible for all land use applications, comprehensive plan amendments, rezoning, annexations, plan review and permitting of both residential and commercial projects
Growth Management Online Service Portal
By visiting the Growth Management Online Service Portal, you can access online permitting and code enforcement services. You may search for permits or code complaints by using the search option at the top of the portal. You will be required to register with the Building Department before applying for any building permits.

Building Services
Building Services is responsible for the permitting and review of all building construction plans and specifications for compliance with state, federal, and local codes, and for conducting inspections applicable to the approved plans.

Code Enforcement plays an important role in preserving the standards of housing, safety, sanitation, and other important elements of our community.
