Any replacement, removal, or additions of exterior windows and doors will require a permit.
Submittal Requirements
- A completed Florida Product Approval Form with corresponding state approved installation specifications.
- Depending on the scope of work, signed and sealed plans may be required.
- Provide an exterior wall floor plan indicating the location of the windows and doors. This may be hand drawn but must be legible.
- A recorded Notice of Commencement will be required prior to the first inspection for any projects with a job value over $5,000.
- Any properties located in a rental park will need written park permission for the permit to be released.
