A permit is required for any residential remodel, commercial Tenant buildout, or Interior remodel.
Submittal Requirements
- Detailed construction plans signed and sealed by an engineer or architect using the most current building codes. All documents shall be properly signed, dated and sealed for the required method of submittal.
- A floor plan.
- Energy calculations, if applicable.
- An application for a utility quote if connecting to Town water, sewer, or reuse.
- Truss layouts, if applicable.
- A recorded Notice of Commencement will be required prior to the first inspection for any projects with a job value over $5,000.
- Any residential project located within a rental park will need written park permission for the permit to be released.
