Entitlement

Entitlement applications may be submitted online and consist of the following:

• Annexation - A voluntary annexation of land into the Town limits.
• Conditional Use Permit
• FLU Amendment Large - Request an amendment to the future land use map of the comprehensive plan for a property that is over ten acres.
• FLU Amendment Small - An amendment to the future land use map of the comprehensive pan for a property that is less than or equal to ten acres.
• Rezoning - Request a zoning change for a property that is already within the Town limits or newly annexed from another municipality.
• Special Exception Use (LED signs) - Request a land use other than those permitted by the zoning designation described in the code.
