If your firearm was taken as evidence, as part of an injunction, as a result of a search warrant, or because of a breach of the peace, you must obtain a court order signed by a judge specifically stated for the release of the firearm.
Additionally, the Lady Lake Police Department utilizes the Florida Department of Law Enforcement's Firearms Eligibility system to ensure firearms are only returned to owners who qualify to own and possess a firearm according to Florida law.
