Planning & Zoning

Responsibilities

Planning & Zoning is responsible for the permitting and review of all building construction plans and specifications for compliance with state, federal and local codes; and for conducting inspections applicable to the approved plans.

Please note, the Town of Lady Lake does not require Business Tax Receipts. This includes new applications and renewals. All other activities related to starting a new business or changing a current business require acquiring the necessary permits and inspections.
