Utility Customer Service

Lady Lake Utilities Customer Service handles accounts, billing, and water utility connections and disconnections. We welcome you as our customer and are pleased to have you on the Utility System of the Town of Lady Lake. Our goal is to provide you with a quality service. 

NOTICE:  Effective Oct. 1, 2025, all water, sewer and reuse rates will increase by 5% in accordance with the Resolution 2020-13, as recommended by the utilities rate study completed in 2020.

The rate increase will support the utilities operations and large improvements to the Water Supply Wells and Wastewater Treatment Plant that are currently in process.

Water/Sewer Rates for 2025/26

  • Residential Water rates per ERU are: $18.44 Minimum Charge with no volume 
  • Residential Sewer rates per ERU are: $23.19 Minimum Charge with no volume

How to Make Payments

Payments may be made online in a just a few easy steps, mailed or brought to during regular business hours. To make an online payment, you will need your account number. Register for an account and set up auto payments or make a one-time payment online.

For your convenience, drop boxes are located outside Town Hall and at the Library. You may also pay on-line or by telephone by calling 888-970-1327.

You can set up automatic bank draft in person at the utility window. Please bring a completed application with a voided check or savings deposit slip for validation.

Due Dates

Utility bills are mailed by the end of each month. Look on your bill for the due date. Utility bills are delinquent after 6 p.m. on the due date of each month and shall be assessed a $10 late charge. Accounts that become delinquent are subject to discontinuation of service for non-payment. Any account that is delinquent on the scheduled shut off day will be charged a $40 fee whether service is interrupted or not. 

Any reconnection paid after 6 p.m. will not be turned back on until the next business day, unless an additional $15 after hours fee is paid.

Termination of Service

If you desire termination of service, we may ask that your request be given in writing or in person at the Utility Department located inside Town Hall. This is done for your protection. 

After-Hours Emergencies

For after-hours water emergencies, contact the Lake County Sheriff's Office at (352) 343-2101. Dispatchers will contact Public Works staff. There is an additional charge for after-hours call outs.

Villages of Lady Lake Residents

Villages of Lady Lake residents receive water utilities from the VCCDD (Villages Community Development Districts) Utilities Department, which is responsible for the billing and collection of payment for those services. To inquire about your VCCDD account, call 352-750-0000 or email Utilities.
