Variance

Variance applications may be submitted online and consist of the following:

• Administrative Variance - Requests allowing an application to by-pass the public hearing portion of the variance process.
• Historic Tree Variance - On commercial property, a tree at or over 36" diameter when measured from 4.5' grade may require a variance for removal.
• Standard Variance - Requests for variances from the requirements of the code that regulate site development.
