Accessory Structure Permits
Any addition or remodel to a non-habitable structure located on the property but not connected to the primary structure, such as any unenclosed structure (other than aluminum), utility shed, deck, gazebo, porch, or dock.

Addition & Aluminum Permits
Any new construction, modification or addition to the exterior of an existing structure.

Concrete Permits
Any installation, repair, and alteration of concrete or pavers including patios, driveways, and slabs.

Demolition Permits
Any demolition of any existing structure within the Town limits.

Electric & Plumbing Permits
The modification or installation of any plumbing or electrical work will require a permit.

Fence Permits
Any fences erected or replaced in the Town limits are required to have a fence permit and shall be constructed in compliance with applicable building codes and in accordance with the following dimensional and use regulations.

Fire Permits
Fire permits are required for any fire protection systems.

Mechanical Permits
The modification of an existing system or duct work or the installation of an additional mechanical unit will require a permit.

Mobile Home Permits
Licensed mobile home installers must obtain this permit to setup a mobile or manufactured home or park model.

New Commercial Permits
Any new construction of a structure intended for commercial use, such as: office, retail, institutional care, hotel/resort, industrial, parking structures, recreation structures, education, or auto service/convenience store.

Pool & Hot Tub Permits
A permit is required for any swimming pool or hot tub that is inground, connects to any existing electrical or plumbing, or is more than 24” in height.

Remodel & Buildout Permits
Any construction or renovation to an existing structure without adding square footage including buildouts.

Roofing Permits
Re-roof, roof-overs, and any major roof repairs will require a roofing permit.

Shed Permits
A permit is required prior to the installation or construction of a permanent storage shed.

Single / Multi-Family Residence Permits
Any new construction of a single-family, multi-family attached, apartments, condos, duplex, or detached accessory apartment.

Solar Panel Permits
A solar/photovoltaic permit is required to add or modify any solar pool heater, solar hot water heater, or any photovoltaic power system for any residential or commercial property.

Windows & Doors Permits
Any replacement, removal, or additions of exterior windows and doors will require a permit.
