Any contractor doing work in the town must supply the following:
- State License
- Lake County Competency Card (required only if the state license is registered. To acquire, contact the Lake County Licensing Department at 352- 343-9653.)
- General Liability Certificate with Town of Lady Lake as the certificate holder
- Worker's Compensation policy with Town of Lady Lake as the certificate holder or a valid exemption certificate.
For access to our portal email the contractor registration form with the items listed above for your log in information.
Registration Requirements may be submitted at time of application, updated on the portal, emailed to Building@ladylake.org, or faxed to our office at (352)751-1514.
A Limited Power of Attorney will be needed if the application is not signed by the license holder. (if not already on file)
